Why CCB
Choosing an IT partner means believing a lot of promises from a company you have not worked with yet. So here is everything we say about ourselves in one place, along with the signed document, the measured numbers and the independent recognition behind it.
35 years. 98% renewal. 90-day money-back guarantee.
Our written promise
Most MSPs describe their service standards in marketing copy, which commits them to nothing. Ours is a signed document, backed by flexible agreement terms built around your needs. Not completely satisfied in the first 90 days? Cancel, and every dollar comes back. After that, if any service falls short and we cannot make it right, we refund that service.
A written guarantee signed by our Owner and CEO. Cancel inside 90 days and every dollar comes back.

A service desk with an average response time under three minutes, plus monitoring and emergency escalation around the clock. 99% of issues are resolved remotely, which is what actually matters to the person waiting. Nobody wants a fast promise of a visit next Tuesday.
Certified specialists across infrastructure, cloud, Microsoft 365 and security monitoring — and the honesty to tell you when something falls outside what we do in-house rather than stretching to cover it.
One monthly number you can put in a budget and defend. No invoices arriving after the fact for work you did not know you needed, and no charging by the ticket — which only teaches people to stop reporting problems.
Satisfaction recorded on every ticket we close — not sampled, not limited to the ones that went well. The current average is 4.95 out of 5, and a poor rating goes to someone who can do something about it.
Measured, not claimed
These come from our own service data and satisfaction surveys, recorded continuously rather than collected once for a brochure.
98%
Customer renewal rate.
4.95/5
Average net CSAT, measured on every closed ticket.
99%
Of issues resolved remotely, without waiting for a visit.
35
Years in business, in the same county.
The renewal rate is the one we would look at first if we were you. Clients choosing to renew, term after term, is the hardest number in this industry to fake.

However you decide
If you are evaluating providers, these are the questions that separate them. Ask all five of everyone on your list. We have put our own answers alongside, so you can hold us to the same standard.
01
Marketing copy commits a provider to nothing. A signed document does.
Yes. A signed guarantee from our Owner and CEO, downloadable above.
02
Providers who lose clients steadily rarely volunteer this one.
98%. Some services use term agreements of one, two or three years and others need no long-term contract. Either way, the 90-day money-back guarantee protects you on the way in.
03
“We survey our clients” usually means annually, and usually means a sample.
Every closed ticket. Currently averaging 4.95 out of 5.
04
A provider who claims to do everything either does not, or does much of it badly.
We publish where our security coverage ends and when to bring in a specialist.
05
Ask whether it is a shared queue, an overseas tier 1, or a team that knows your setup.
A consistent, U.S.-based team, working from documentation of your environment.
What clients say
The 4.95 above is our internal ticket satisfaction score. The score below is our public Google rating. We keep them separate because merging them would make both meaningless.
“There is no issue too big or small for them to handle.”
They have gone above and beyond our expectations, and they sincerely care about every customer.
CCB Technology
“They are the only company that has access to our systems.”
Twenty years in, and the description has not changed: a company with integrity, where what they tell you turns out to be true.
Director of IT, Russell Cellular
“They give me the 24/7 IT support I need.”
The CCB team manages my entire network and they go out of their way to make sure I’m well taken care of.
President & CEO, Wiscon Products
“They clearly communicate what they are doing and how they are doing it.”
That helps us know how to prevent an issue from occurring again. Working with them gives me the data I need to present a case for future IT upgrades and projects.
Senior Manager of IT & Facilities, Precision Plus
“Having dealt with many other MSPs over my tenure in IT, CCB was the choice from our first meeting.”
It was an easy decision. They’re an open book and on top of our IT environment. We highly recommend them for any outsourced IT services.

Common questions
CCB’s written guarantee is a 90-day money-back promise: if you are not completely satisfied in the first 90 days, cancel and every dollar paid in that period is refunded. Beyond 90 days, if any support or service falls short, CCB works to make it right, and refunds that service if it cannot.
It is a signed document rather than a marketing statement. The full guarantee is available to download so you can read the exact terms rather than a summary of them.
Not for every engagement. Some services require a term agreement of one, two or three years; others do not require a long-term contract at all.
Where a term applies, it is what lets us invest in your environment rather than bill it by the hour. Either way, the guarantee protects you: if you are not completely satisfied in the first 90 days, cancel and every dollar paid in that period is refunded. After that, if a service falls short and we cannot make it right, we refund that service.
Tell us, and CCB works to make it right. If it cannot, it refunds your money for that support or service within the month it occurred.
The exact terms are in the signed guarantee, which you can download above. A guarantee that cannot be read in full before you commit is not much of a guarantee.
They measure different things. The 4.95 out of 5 is CCB’s internal customer satisfaction score, recorded on every closed support ticket. The 4.9 is CCB’s public Google rating, from 56 reviews of its Mount Pleasant office.
Combining them would produce a number that means nothing, so CCB reports them separately.
CCB Technology was founded in 1991 in Racine County, Wisconsin, and has operated for 35 years from the same region. It has not been acquired or relocated.
In an industry where providers are frequently bought and merged, continuity of ownership is worth asking any provider about.
CCB Technology has been named to CRN’s Solution Provider 500 for twenty-one consecutive years, the Tech Elite 250 for eight and the MSP Pioneer 250 for six, all including 2026. CRN has also named CCB to its MSP 500 Elite 150 in 2019 and its Security 100 in 2020.
These are recognitions of the business rather than certifications of any individual service.
