Meet CCB

Thirty-five years in one county, and we still answer the phone.

CCB Technology started in Racine County, Wisconsin in 1991 and never left. We support small and mid-sized businesses and nonprofits — from our own neighborhood out to clients in 29 states — and we have done it long enough to have watched most of our competitors be acquired, renamed, or quietly disappear.

One partner for all things IT: fully managed or co-managed support, one-time projects, and hardware and software sourced through 300+ vendor partnerships.

Where we came from

A local company that happened to get good at this.

CCB opened in 1991, when most of the businesses we now support were still deciding whether they needed a computer at all. We grew the way a regional company grows: one client telling another, for three and a half decades.

That has shaped what we are. We were never built to be sold, so we have not been. The people who answer your call are part of our U.S.-based service desk team.

Business IT Relationship Focused.™

It is trademarked because it is the actual strategy, not a tagline someone wrote for a brochure.

1991

Founded in Racine County, Wisconsin, supporting local businesses.

Growth

Expanded across southeastern Wisconsin and northern Illinois, adding managed services as the model matured.

Client base reached 29 states, supported almost entirely remotely from Wisconsin.

What we actually mean by it

Seven values we hold ourselves to.

These are CCB’s company values, in our own words.

Integrity

It’s our foundation. We do the right thing regardless of the circumstances. We hold ourselves to the highest standards in all of our financial and business dealings.

Passion

We bring energy, drive, and focus. We are determined to make an impact, so we won’t let obstacles stop us. We’ll find a way through them to make it happen and deliver great results.

Accountability

We own our words, actions and outcomes. We commit to a plan, solve problems, set clear expectations. We admit our mistakes and learn from our experiences.

Trust

We’re honest in our communication and conduct. We follow through on what we say and when we say we will do it. We build relationships based on integrity, reliability, and fairness to all involved.

Humility

We focus on personal growth and the team. We see differing perspectives as a chance to examine our own strengths and limitations. We show appreciation for others’ contributions and willingly apologize when we are wrong.

Growth-focused

No place for complacency here. We believe we are either growing or dying. We drive growth through continuous improvement to achieve greater success and profitability.

Performance-driven

We pursue excellence relentlessly. We set ambitious goals and hold ourselves accountable to achieving them. By measuring what matters, staying focused on outcomes, and continuously improving, we ensure our performance delivers meaningful results for our team, our clients, and our community.

Where that has got us

Thirty-five years is easy to claim. These are harder.

These figures come from our own service data and customer satisfaction surveys — measured on every ticket, not collected once for a brochure.

Meet the team

The people you will actually be working with.

Not a stock photo of a call center. These are the people who answer, who show up, and who have generally been here longer than the technology they support.

Working here

We hire people who like solving other people’s problems.

Most of our team has been here for years, which is unusual in this industry and not an accident. If that sounds like somewhere you would want to work, we would like to hear from you.

In the community

A lot of who we support does not pay commercial rates.

Nonprofits have the same technology problems as everyone else and considerably less budget to solve them with. Supporting them has been part of what CCB does for most of our thirty-five years.

Nonprofits we support

Make-A-Wish, Easterseals, United Way, World Vision and the American Academy of Pediatrics are among the organizations that rely on us.

Rooted in Racine County

We had the option to move and chose to stay and grow here. The jobs, the taxes and the volunteering all stay local too.

How we help

Beyond the day-to-day support, our team gives time and expertise to organizations working on things that matter locally.

Let’s talk

Thirty minutes with someone who will tell you the truth.

No obligation, no script. If we are not the right partner for your business, we would rather say so on the first call than three months in.
